Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Crystal Clear respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, how we look after it, and the choices you have.
Who this policy applies to
This policy covers the Crystal Clear website and the inquiries, assessment requests, giveaway entries, and referrals you send through it. Crystal Clear is a wellbeing practice offering sessions and a 90 day program, and it is the party responsible for the information described here.
By using this website or submitting one of its forms, you agree to the handling of information described below. Your use of the site is also subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Information you give us
You can read this site without telling us anything about yourself. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms, whether that is the contact form, the free assessment and 90 day program forms, the free session giveaway, or the refer a friend program. Depending on the form, we ask for:
- Your first and last name.
- Your email address.
- Your phone number, where the form asks for it so we can arrange a time to speak.
- The session or program you are interested in.
- Anything you write in the free-text message field.
The message field is optional and entirely yours to control. Please share only what you are comfortable putting in an email, and avoid sending detailed health, medical, or other sensitive information through the website. Those conversations are better had directly with your practitioner.
Our forms include a hidden anti-spam field. It is never shown to you and is used only to filter out automated submissions.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site and the services that host it record some technical information whenever a page is requested. That can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited, the page or advertisement that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the site running, protect it from abuse, and understand which pages people find useful.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as advertising pixels and local storage, work in comparable ways. This website uses them for two purposes:
- Essential and hosting cookies: set by our hosting and form-handling provider so pages load correctly and form submissions are protected from spam.
- Advertising and measurement: this site includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It records page views and tells us when a form submission has been accepted, so we can measure how well our advertising works and reach people with similar interests. Only the name of the form is reported to Meta. Nothing you type into a form, such as your name, email, phone number, or message, is ever sent to the pixel.
Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, and you can limit personalized advertising through the ad preference settings of the platforms you use, such as Meta. Blocking cookies may change how parts of this site behave. Browsers can also send a “Do Not Track” signal, and because there is no agreed standard for responding to it, this site does not treat it as a separate setting. The tracking described above is the only tracking that takes place here.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Reply to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- Arrange a free assessment, a session, or a place on the 90 day program.
- Administer the free session giveaway and the refer a friend reward program.
- Keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- Measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising.
- Keep the website secure and prevent misuse or spam.
- Meet any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We only send you marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form or accept optional cookies, on the need to take steps toward providing the service you asked about, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing our website.
Who we share information with
We share information only where it is necessary to run the website and respond to you, and only with providers who are required to protect it:
- Our website hosting and form-handling provider, which delivers this site and stores the submissions our forms receive.
- Meta, in connection with the advertising pixel described above.
- Google, in connection with serving the web fonts used on this site.
- Professional advisers, or authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our legal rights.
Some of these providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed in a country other than the one you live in. Where that happens, we expect those providers to apply protections appropriate to the information involved.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to answer your inquiry, provide the service you asked about, and maintain reasonable business records, and for any period we are required to keep them by law. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner.
How we protect your information
The whole website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Submissions are stored with our form-handling provider and access is limited to the people at Crystal Clear who need it in order to reply to you.
We take these safeguards seriously, but no website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send information through this site that you would not want sent by ordinary email.
Your choices and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Restrict or object to certain uses of your information.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, including consent to receive messages from us.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to places we do not control, such as our Instagram profile. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of that other website or platform applies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practice, our website, or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and the current version always lives at this address. Please check back from time to time.
